My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Louis Princess Beach Hotel and will definitely be back. All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept really clean, the setting is spectacular and the food was truly magnificent. Thank you to the management and staff of the hotel for making our holiday one that we will always remember.
The matresses on the beds that we slept in were lumpy.
There is nothing, only beach, sea and pool - good for baby.
Road and disco across the road.
The staff were excellent, the location is great for families right on the beach , I would choose this hotel again for a family holiday.
The gym is very poor
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The view from our room (seaside) was beautiful.
I would have preferred an actual queen or king size bed instead of two twin beds pushed together, and the beds were a bit too firm for my taste.
Good location with beach directly to the hotel, pool present, clean and well maintained. 24H supermarket and bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Hotel staff willing to help with requests such as reserving as taxi and giving information.
Yes, many: Hair Dryer not work, heating not work (it was cold), unfriendly staff, not flexibility at all: refuse to provider 2 hours of late check out, although the hotel was empty; refuse to print one page of a pdf file. We loved Cyprus, but will never return this hotel.
The outdoor facilities were pretty good, well made without something extreme. The pool was also nice, not too big, seemed clean (have not tried) and generally nice to look at.
While we have booked a normal hotel room we were sent to an outdoors room, part of a bangalow, on the second floor for this idependant building. There was no elevater there thus we had to carry our luggage ut the stais. But that was not the only thing, that was just the start. The room was dirty and old fashioned. While we have booked a double bed the room we actually stayed in had two very small single beds one next to the other. The room was described with a safe inside, but the safe was not working since there was not a lock there, just a hole where the lock system should be, so our valuables were at risk. In the bathroom there were not any bathroom amenities such as shampoo, foam bath creme etc, just soap to wash the hands. Towels were really small and seemed too old and worn out. A/C in the room was not working properly so the one night we froze and the other we were really hot we couldnt sleep. There is no minibar in the room, just a small old firdge which was completely empty without even a bottle of water inside (remind you the tap water is not for drinking). We didnt feel safe in the room for ourselves, neither for our valuables, since the bangalow complex our room was in was very easily accessed from anypone walking on hte street without having to pass through the Hotel or the front desk, since there was only a very short fence to seperate it from the street. So it was actually just our hotel room door between us and the street. In general we will never stay in this hotel even if this is the last available in the time we are travelling to scyprus again. Needless to say, the staff and specially the staff at the reception was the rudest we have ever dealt with (and we travel across europe a lot). We were treated as we were staying for free or they were doing us a favor to stay in their pathetic hotel. We were asked to PREPAY our hotel room, while our initial booking was to pay at checkout (as normal for all hotel stays arround the world).
Great location at the beach. Great food at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For the all-inclusive option, except for wine, all the drinks are of very poor quality. EUR8/day for internet is a rip-off. A bit old rooms.
This hotel is located in such an awful area - if you are looking for a (very) dated hotel, with old rooms - awful beds, bad quality bedding, terrible food served at dinner, and cringeworthy hotel entertainment, which by the way is the only entertainment around in April as its completely dead at this time and you are sooo far away from Larnaca its not even funny, then stay here. You do have the bonus of quite a nice pool area - but the pool itself is a bit battered and the beach - well.. There is no decent beach, but great if you like to see a power station and some other industrial building at each end of it. Lastly - the dives that are regarded as pubs and restaurants in the area are not what you would consider "pleasant" I won't be returning to this place. I was gutted when I realised I had blindly booked a couple of nights here.
The staff was very nice, helpful and polite. I would like to thank the Manager of the hotel and the staff in the restaurant ( Sylvia, Queca, Yoni and Desi) for all the help. The hotel is situated at a very nice location and with loads of beach view. Just outside the hotel, there are at least 2 supermarkets for essential shopping. Travelling to larnaca city centre is also very easy with buses 269, 430, 431 and the day pass is €2. For asian eating, there are 2 restaurants namely Masalas and Balti house with 200 metre radius. In fact I was happy with hotel and shall stay again.
The gym on website is opened till 5:00 pm but in reality opens from 10:00 am- 14:00 pm and is closed on sunday and monday.
